We provide Residential and Commercial Structural Reports on all roof types, including flat roofs, for solar installations in line with MCS Regulations 4.3.2 to 4.3.10.

These reports check the suitability of the roof where the panels are to be installed as well as the Static, Wind & Snow Loads. Our reports also include ballast loadings and fixing checks can be carried out on request.

The cost for this service starts is £99.00 +VAT. This service has a 15-20 working day turnaround.

Roof Survey Information Form M

We have completed a number of Local Authority framework projects where SER Certification has been required.

We can provide this service which will include all structural calculations, plans, fixing proposals and SER Certificate.

Using the latest design software we are able to provide Solar PV designs.

The designs show 3D views of the property, estimated output and savings and electrical line diagrams.

We provide the service where our fully trained surveyors can visit site to survey properties on your behalf.

We can also provide full solar site surveys also. The survey information and photos can then be used to produce solar designs, structural roof loading reports etc.

We are also able to combine the above services with our EPC service and provide a full property survey, structural report and EPC package.

The cost for this service is quoted on an individual basis.

Level 3, 4 & 5 EPCs for existing commercial properties of any size or level of complexity.

These are required for sale, lease and FiT tariffs. If you have 1 or 100 properties, we are experienced in delivering one off EPCs and completing large scale property portfolios.

If your public commercial building is over 250m2, it now requires a DEC. We can provide the initial DEC survey and the renewals, which are required every 10 years, or annual if the building is over 1000m2.

We have completed DEC projects for local authorities across the UK.
